T O P I C R E V I E WGabbyDo I'm not a big fan of religion, I think religion has an angenda that doesn't have our best interest at heart. But I do believe in God, a fight between good and evil but I believe that fight plays out in very different ways than religion teaches...I found this video and was blown away. Esp since this little girl had a dream on the night of the eclipse, aug 29th. Id never heard Abba used for God so I looked it up.."In Scripture there are many different names used to describe God. While all the names of God are important in many ways, the name “Abba Father” is one of the most significant names of God in understanding how He relates to people. The word Abba is an Aramaic word that would most closely be translated as “Daddy.” It was a common term that young children would use to address their fathers. It signifies the close, intimate relationship of a father to his child, as well as the childlike trust that a young child puts in his “daddy.”http://www.gotquestions.org/Abba-Father.html The little girl explaining her dream here... http://youtu.be/JDHvGOiJqxQ FaithI used to sing a hymn, Abba Father , growing up in Catholic Church. That's how I knew it. I didn't watch the full video but was convinced that her parents must be proponents of Rapture Theory...and then her mother explained that she is. Even though she didn't directly teach her daughter this, there are ways that could seep into the daughter, either by attending church services where it was discussed...or the daughter could have overheard her parents talking about it, etc.I was a Calvinist for a few years and in that time became convinced that The Rapture is not a credible Biblical idea. Here's a little blurb about the history of that theology: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Premillennialism#Dispensational_school The fact that it was popularized by Tim Lahaye, whose political ties are extensive and circumspect, is just one more reason for me to dislike it. The sheer arrogance it engenders in some believers is another: ^ bumper sticker Anyway, eschatology is a complicated issue, I don't have much patience for it, but I do think the Calvinists devote more time and brains to the study of Scripture than most modern Christians, so I do trust that their view of the millenium is the most Biblically accurate. (Amillenialism)Little wiki graph on all the ways the world may end, according to Christians: I'm so glad that I completely do not care anymore. GabbyIn the religion I grew up in it was called "Armageddon" I despise this theory and think religion is using as a fear based brain f@ck! What I like about this video is she never said anything about that, just that abba was coming to lift ppl up.I know religion would say that's she's expressing the Great Tribulation, Armageddon, Christ's return, last coming and all the other names they use.But I think she's saying exactly what she dreamed no negative energy or fear in there, just being uplifted. I take her words from her dream as something better than what religion teaches...to me a true god wouldn't be fear based, so his messages wouldn't be either.I do agree though it could have just been her parroting what she has been taught by going to the church....if my child was saying this at this young age, I'd actually be a bit disturbed by it!! LolI'd wonder who was brain washing her....haha!!PixieJaneOther paranormal possibilities that occurred to me is that she absorbed a lot of those words and phrases through psychic means...it's obvious to me that her mother is into that kind of thing. (A psychic absorbing of this vibe isn't necessary, but I acknowledge the possibility. I'm also assuming that this isn't "perfectly channeled" but rather concepts she picked up that then got filtered through her brain which distort it a lot...and into something a lot more positive, maybe she's even unconsciously seeking to heal the people around her obsessed with the end of the world.) Another possibility is reincarnation. Not conscious, of course, but reincarnation happens often enough (so it seems) within families and other close-knit groups, and it seems small children find it easiest to recall bits and pieces of those other lives so well that they confuse them with the memories of their current lives. So if reincarnated from that group she was born into then it could affect her dreams and get her to say such things. That aside, the YT vid was posted on Feb 25, 2015, and so the child didn't dream this on the August eclipse (at least not of this year). NineAgree with Pixie.Years ago a friend shared a past life regression - they lived in Egypt, and was a lover of the Pharoah, and was killed by the jealous Pharoahess. It was so real as they could see, fell and experience everything.I asked if the regressioner was with them in the visions and explaining what was what...they said yes.I colored the whole experience suspect with that admission.athenegoddessThe link isn't working. Edit: Saw it.
